Sun Knowledge has ‘Other Service Providers’ (OSP) license from Department of Tele-communications (DOT) Government of India, to operate call center service from India.

Sun Knowledge uses IPLC and MPLS technologies for its tele-communication purposes. Two E1 lines are terminated in our Avaya PBX, providing quality telephony infrastructure. Sun Knowledge also uses hosted call center platform, which is highly scalable through the use of MPLS technology. Exceptionally secure and flexible, the MPLS technology can accommodate huge volume of calls.

To further improve our call center process efficiency and productivity, we have started implementing COPC standards. We shall be COPC certified by November 2011.
